Suggestion/Comments:
With the AoA tournament coming up and Solare season behind us, there are some clear improvements needed to be done to AoA, now that some of these mechanics were already implemented in AoS. These issues make practicing in AoA very frustrating at times.
MUST DO:
1. Allow officers to rent and host AoA.
Only 2 people in the guild being able to host AoA is a massive pain, when they happen to not be around. If they are, the advisor title is either transferred around, or a third person needs to sit there and host AoA for their guildies. Officer is a high enough rank that should be trustworthy enough to not grief in whatever way.
2. Make players in the team automatically form a party upon match start.
Same as it happened in Solare. Currently, you have to form the party outside of AoA, which means you need to leave AoA every time you want to change teams, it also prevents the host from being in a party, which brings us back to a third person needing to sit there and host AoA for their guildies (or using a workaround, which again is a pain). Not being in a party puts you in a disadvantage as it's harder to see your teammates and you can't use party pings.
WOULD BE NICE:
1. Pause buffs upon entering AoA instead of removing them
Self explanatory, more of a QoL improvement.
2. Consider allowing alchemy stone buff in AoA
It's a fairly unique buff, now that we've seen in AoS that it's possible to just have this buff working, it would be nice to have it in AoA. Due to its cast speed buff, playing without it is much more different than in case of other buffs. Players with non-vell alchemy stones kinda get cheated out of a lot of stats as well, since their stones are completely useless.
There might be some more improvements, but these are the ones that come to mind instantly. The first two are really big and main reasons why it's so annoying to set up practice in AoA. The latter two we can probably live without, but would be nice nonetheless.

Rage and other boosters like Star's Breath should reset when the match starts. Having to restart the first round of every match in order to reset rage is just such an unpolished action.

Arena of Arsha should adopt many if not most of the things that have been present in Arena of Solare, those being for example automatic HP/MP regenaration that simulates max-level auto-potting with a fairy, Setting Attackspeed, Critical Hit and Movementspeed to 5/5 at all times, allowing alchemy stone buffs to be used etc.
I would also propose that, on top of just setting stats to 5/5 at all times, players should be given an Arena of Arsha specific buff while they are in it that exactly mimics the stats players would get from AT LEAST a Body Enhancement Villa Buff aswell as an Exquisite Cron Meal since these are the bare minimum buffs every player would run at all times in any PvP scenario and provide valuable stats like ignore all resistance, which is otherwise very hard to obtain, resulting in a already really strong resistance stat to be even stronger inside Arena of Arsha.

AoA is very inconvenient to use and all of these changes are needed. One thing that hasn't been mentioned is that assuming AoA gets improved it will be likely used more often. That means we will be limited to only one guild per channel being able to use it on a given day which is going to get annoying real quick. Solution to that would be to not tie AoA to channels and just open an instance of it every time it is needed. Or at the very least provide a list of all channels when renting so that players can see where it hasn't been rented yet without having to wait many channel swap cooldowns while looking blindly for one that is available.
