in the current state we are able to craft Celestial horse calling horn if we already own trainer's flute (permanent) and takes to make about 30 days or 15 days, if we have training above Artisan 1. Let us make non-sellable version of Trainer's flute that could be used for crafting Celestial horse calling horn (and would be one-time per family and take similar amount of time).
