I asked the GM team about the twitch prime accessory boxes (mouth) and (ear) and it was confirmed they are fixed per class.

Even though I would love to help you with this, I'm afraid that our GM team unfortunately cannot provide a list of the items included in these boxes. The rewards that will be obtained may change indeed depending on which class opens the box, and they are fixed per class.

However, even though I cannot address this directly, nothing can stop you (and other Adventurers) to talk about this in-game or in the Forums! I would like to advise you to kindly talk about this matter with other Adventurers and check out which cool accessories they have obtained from these boxes. ^_^

Well, so here I am asking other adventureres about which cool accessories you got! Feel free to include glasses and underwear as well even though I think those ones are randomized.

What I know so far:
Maehwa: Ladybell Earring and Gentleman's Mustache (lol!!!)

Tamer: Water Lily Earring and Cat whiskers
Corsair: Fallen Garzar earring
Mystic: Badane glasses

Witch: Badane glasses
Musa: Epheria Marine Briefs

And that's all I know... please ask your friends and guildmates who had these from prime! It seems that some classes receive items that are not available in the pearl shop currently for that class, which indicates it may be a future or event release.

These were the possible accesories to get.

.....no. Some of them maybe. But no. Look at my post, only the Maehwa earring is shown in the picture. Those are simply examples, or perhaps DK and Wizard's choices.

Hi! When opening the earring accessory box on my Tamer I received: a [Tamer] Water Lily Earring. I also opened the mouth accessory on Tamer as well and received: [Tamer] Cat Whiskers! The earring seems to maybe be new, or a past item brought back possibly? The cat whiskers look exactly like the Shai accessory except on Tamer! For the glasses box I opened them on Witch and received: [Witch] Badane Glasses. Hope this can help! Also hopefully in the future Shai can open the accessory boxes too, since this time around they werent included :(.

that is exactly what I'm looking for, I will continue asking around as if they release the boxes again it will be likely to have the same ones and people could use the info.

Shai cant open the mouth or ear boxes for some f reason 

We have both mouth items(cat whiskers) and earrings in the shop so I cant fathom why we would be excluded

Shai get Owl Horn-Rimmed Glasses from the eyewear box

I've added that Maehwa gets Badane glasses from the box. Still not sure if it's fixed or not, but I'm pretty sure underwear is rng.
