I have been playing BDO from day 1 but with long periods of inactivity. 

Solo pve is ok for some time but still extremely boring doing so.

The main 3 things i was enjoying back in days were those:

Group Grindind at Suasans with A LOT of group pvp and guild wars (and ofc flame etc)

Group Grinding at Pirates Island with A LOT pvp also

Shadow Arena even if it got hacked from some people, it was still so much fun and worth spending your time for gains

Today, all those 3 lost, and me trying to pursuade myself that maybe the fun will someday be back again.

Fun on progression is 9/10 times the group content for me, and BDO in 2021 sucks..

Sausan's / Pirate's era was the best...QQ for the good old days.

Mirumok, Gyfin are a joke compared to Sausan's or Pirate's back in the day.  Although, Castle Ruins Elvia has some action.

One thing that separates Sausan/Pirates from current group spots -- Sausan's/Pirate's allowed for both group grind rotations (main) and solo (side rotations).  Whether you played solo, or with a group of 5, you could grind there.  And these were spots where almost everyone grinded during this era.  You had Solidier's Grave and Rogue's, but it was Sausan's and Pirate's where most everyone went.

We don't have any spot like that today.

I love group pvp too! I'm really enjoying castle ruins rn as I can grind with 2 other guildies. It makes for a fun grind.
