I can't imagine what someone who designed current paid dyes system had in their minds. Who'd buy an rng dye? It completely defeats the purpose. Just disable the rng, get us choice, leave the price as is and you will see the pearls streaming into it. And add a pallete like in merv, with option to buy any pallete color - we choose the exact color that interests us on the palette + the shader, seeing how it looks on the character, then we accept and it's either sold to us as a dye or it applies directly on the costume.

PA could modify the dyeing menu and just add an option to buy out a given selection as a permanent dye, allowing us to pay in bulk for the whole color modification, paying for each part the same amount we'd pay for a dye from the shop.
