Update to alliance system to make siege/nodewars more active

Suggestion/Comments:
Along with the old nodewar system (that you said you were bringing back and we're still waiting for) it would be nice if the alliance system suffered a small rework.
A lot of guilds want to participate in the old 30 man nodewars, but they are also forced to give up siege for that, It would be interesting if you could make it so guilds in an alliance can do nodewar separetely during the week. So for example:
- 2 guilds are in an alliance
- During siege they fight as an alliance
- During the week they have the option of being separate guilds and can do their own nodewars
- If any of the guilds owns a node, the alliance is now locked and can't be changed/disbanded, they can also place for siege
This would let guilds that want to do both small scale and siege have the best of both worlds and all the guilds that allied up for siege are now free to do nodewars individually if they choose so, effectively making the scene more active
