After 3 years I feel (and it is also a fact) that I have not achieved anything in BDO.

So what do I have? One char lvl 62, 23 chars lvl 61, 642 energy, 417 CP, 8803 mobs knowledge, guru only in fishing and cooking (but both of these life skills are quite easy to increase) and almost all others as master x, 9888 family fame (max combat and life), 1083 titles, 19427 quests, carrack with green gear, elephant with almost all skills (without one), dream horse t9 (and two more ready for t10), many t3 pets but only 2 t4 from events, almost both infinity potions (4 more weeks of quests for the steppe part), boss armor pen (but only thanks to Jetina), fallen god pri and labreska pri (but only because I bougth flames), 3 black star tet (all bought), 6 tungrads tet (all bought), few manos clothes duo-tri (done by myself), almost all (without one) manos tools tet (done by myself), 6 manos acc tri (all bought), khan life heart (bought) and 120b in cash. Skips tens of thousands of blackstones, caphrases, shards, etc.

Comparing all this to the best items in the game ... I have nothing. It's totally demotivating. Of course, every MMO is a grind, but in BDO, that grind is pointless. Nothing can be gained in a guaranteed way, but everything can be lost. 

And PA stubbornly sticks to this "vision" of the game, and I don't want to make any changes for the better. Why play then?

I can keep playing but I still won't achieve anything.

Pen gear (vs mobs and life skills) - impossible without a guaranteed system.

Dream t10 - impossible without a guaranteed system and better availability of raw materials.

Carrack blue gear - impossible without significant changes in the way ships operate.

All treasures - impossible without mini parts for all treasures (dropping in all zones, not just in selected and specific mobs).

I'm sick of toxic unwanted open pvp and not having fast travel is a huge waste of time.

Also none of the people I know play anymore (including those who played since the release of BDO) and I don't want to look for new ones.

I prefer to start over in New World where there is no open pvp, there is a fast travel and every hour of the game is a guaranteed progress in some direction.

Alright brother, where should I even begin. You're playing for three years and those are your only accomplishments. That's on you tho. It is fact that BDO is a GRINDING MMORPG. The whole point is that it's supposed to take longer for actual achievements. Jettina + Magnus + weekly quests and pity pieces on the potions already are making it easier than it should be. If you do not have the time nor the will to invest into actually making smart gains and putting your current setup to work, then that's on you, not on PA. PA already brought tons of updates making casual life easier and at the same time taking away the actual value of items other players worked hard for. QoL changes and catch up mechanics roll in almost constantly nowadays, to the point where it's actually laughable and way too easy. You sound like a horder and a clueless one at that. You have 120b sitting there, doing nothing. With those 120b you could gear yourself quite nicely, but it rather sounds to me like you're too lazy to actually put in the effort to look up what you really need for your class and what you actually want to do. 

Your point about "nothing is guaranteed" is also more than invalid. You have Jetina + Magnus. That will guarantee you your whole gear. If that should still be too much work for your lazy ass, 120bil are more than enough to buy PEN Shoes + PEN Gloves and with the rest you should be able to more than comfortably get caphra levels up in those items. As well as you could sell the useless TET Blackstar weapons, get PEN boss weapons and slap in caphras or if you absolutely need to cuck yourself with the need to feel like a fancy boi make them into DUO or TRI Godr Eyed. 

NOTHING is gifted as it should be. You also need to god damn work for it. This needless crying and bitching these days.... People want all their stuff just gifted upon entering the game. Let's all just collect our full end game armor from Black Spirit Safe upon creating the character and reaching lvl 3 bc otherwise the snowflakes will be offended of having to actually play the game. SMH the level of lazy and cluelessness... 

What is the purpose of playing mmo games? Achieving the maximum of what they offer. And this is the problem with BDO that this maximum cannot be achieved. You can fail enchantment gear an infinite number of times, and the price (if anyone wants to sell) is so prohibitive that it's unobtainable in a realistic period of time. What if we earn more now? Even 100b is a sick price. And PA increased the price of pen black stars to 200b, doubled the price of pen accs, and doubled/tripled the price of manos (which is totally sick because life skill gives 10-20 times less than mob trash).

As I wrote once: even not the best end items cost a total of 1,5 trillion! And that's just vs mobs, plus all the manos for life skills.

It would take me about 20 years to collect this amount, considering that every day I would do nothing but kill mobs in the spot.

So zero events, zero life skills, zero real life. Don't you think it's absurd?

Enough to make me (and many others) completely discouraged from continuing to play. If it wasn't for private marni, I wouldn't even have these infinity potions. But what is 1 hour a day? Private marni are also not in all zones and I would like to get all S in peace, e.g. on miru. Same as event zones for parts of the map. Playing pila ku is pointless when only 3 mobs can drop a piece with 0,02% chance.

No its just times have changed. People want fun games... not jobs nowadays. The masses dont lie, your outnumbered lol. 

Making the gearing system more "fun" and less "rng/luck/p2w" will fix things. Timegates/Raids/Activities/Dungeon Clears for gear > running in a circle mashing your spam combo for 5000+ hours for an upgrade or swiping your credit card for 30B in costumes/week if you can afford 1150 some dollars weekly.
