Suggestion/Comments: 
Super Armor Q block is most toxic and game breaking mechanic, gaining completely, 100% CC immunity from all sides while having Q block at same time and have grab of your own  (all SA Q blockers are grabbers) is not allright, no matter how much "balancing" you doing, while you don't change core problem of disbalance of game - super armor, nothing going to happen, main source of damage is special attacks and by giving immunity to CC which is exactly equal to immunity to special attacks you only make game even more disbalanced. Lots of players asking to remove resistance from the game, here it is, main source of all "resistance" desynced and disbalanced super armor, message for ressiting don't exist, its always immune, be it resist or immune from super armor.
Super Armor Q block if not removed, must be restricted to short time where you have Super Armor while in Q block stance, not permanent Super Armor.
Also add combat logs.

but also nerf classes with perma protected mobility and lots of iframes and blockjumps and (multiple) grabs.

Hey, while you're at it, nerf / remove all ranged DPS, remove Protected Area, remove the ability to stand on a roof and rain down nukes and random AoE CC without being able to be hit by melee characters, and remove all team-supportive abilities like heals and speed buffs too.  /s

Bottom line:  Every class is "broken" in some way.  Shield class 360° SA block, rat classes mobility + iframes, everything about Succession Zerker, caster supportive abilities, Succession caster + Succession Ranger ranged DPS from behind a wall of 20+ melee teammates...etc.

Mechanics like 360° SA block, iframe spam, high protected mobility, ranged DPS, and supportive abilities, in themselves, do not equal a broken class.  Think of these things as a ratio = Damage, Damage mitigation/Protections, Mobility, Range, and Support.  Most classes heavily skew into one or two categories and heavily fall off on the others.  Like Sorc, decent damage, great damage mitigation, very poor mobility, poor range, poor support outside of CC botting/being a distraction (other classes can do this too).  Succ Caster, high damage, poor damage mitigation, below average mobility, good range, amazing support.  The truly broken classes heavily skew into 3 or more of these.  Successon Zerker, high damage with best grabs and one of the best BSR in the game, high damage mitigation with high HP and protection, high mobility being one of the fastest point A to point B runners while being fully protected, poor range, but made up for with top tier protected mobility, poor support, but contributes to the team by being a BSR sponge and spin to winning off of his team's BSR.  Awakened Musa, high protected damage, protected mobility, best SA trade class, one of the fastest point A to point B runners and is protected, low range, but has a ranged catch + high protected mobility, poor support.

Wait you're a dk, stop meming xD you already know your awaken kit can shred any SA class in general before anyone gets anywhere near you , well succ thats even more broken.

Only thing that actually stops any other class from being shreded by awaken dk is rotating FG inbetween SA's and iframes otherwise your screwed also you need some serious dp :| an then you can just use one of your block jumps and with succ can basically one shot people after any block jump or remove people during SA just using enforcement or WoF .  Also for awaken you can use your block jumps get out of range then start over with spamming range skills to kill said person ... Why remove the only way of fighting awaken dk? Do you want her op an get nerfed to the ground again?

Typical topic of "Nerf all other classes, buff mine". This kind of sa q-block is hardly even game breaking. Let alone a problem.

This is straight up misinformation. You can still apply back attack and critical hit attack special attacks to a back of a sa q block. It is also not 100% immunity to ccs as it doesn't prevent a grab cc. On top of that q blocks are not usable once frontal guard is broken and certain classes have been given % dmg against frontal guard. On top of that once broken frontal guard can't regenerate for 10 seconds which means q block is not usable for that amount of time. 

I think that sa blocks are not as big of an issue as insane amounts of damage we have currently on most classes. Once that is addressed we can come back to sa blocks and how to balance them or remove them without making classes that use them completely disfunctional.
