It's not a bug. It's intentional game design, but it's a terrible system. I propose we make guilds like Free Companies in Final Fantasy XIV. Let guild masters set permissions for the guild; create ranks as needed; and through those ranks, designate who can and cannot deposit items, start guild crafting, pay out bonuses, and pop guild buffs.
The whole "you should vet your guild members better" is a terrible excuse to not change your system. This is an MMO, where you meet new people, invite them to your guild, and go on adventures. If the system worked as it does in FFXIV, I would wholeheartedly agree with the statement that we need to vet our members better. However, once they're in the guild, they have full permission to withdraw all the items they want, and guildmasters have no say in preventing it. Vetting is an impossible task.
Runescape3 has a similar system. If Jagex can pull it off there is no excuse PA

I have an webbased application, a text discord interview and yet weaklinks have gotten in.

It's not that they can't. It's that they won't. There's nothing in it for them to change the way the system works until it causes a big enough problem. The thing is, I HIGHLY doubt this is an issue in Korea, because their accounts are tied to their equivalent of a social security number, meaning if they grief, they could lose their ability to play BDO permanently.

I get the feeling that you need to micromanage everything in a game because you cant get your own company IRL.
I am Disabled, and had a very successful company before.

I never said you mentioned anything nor did I mention this post was all about me. Nobodys going to want to go through a wringer to get into a guild like yours when it is so easy to join other guilds using one quick step. Get a life and move on please.
