Actually, the posted image is yes protected by user, if he has it copyrighted, or if he has like a shadow name across, however there is a common problem here no one has addressed.

Once it is posted, it does become public accessible and rights are unclear.

So if he posted it to a "Public accessible server" not a private one, then it is public.
nope copyright laws are a bit more complicated than just posting it on public accessible server makes it fair use. thing is anyone can threatened a dmca and there's a good chance that pearl abyss could care less and just delete image but that doesn't make it not fair use
i would focus more on researching fair use rather than copyright

I have notified the owner of the image and they can choose to ticket it. Now back to the matter at hand, the system is not broken, guild bank management works as intended.

and yes- guild bank management is currently working as intended. however, this thread is to address that this system is unfair.
idk why OP seems to want to muddy his own feedback with a weird vendetta against someone and make the entire reply chain about trying to punish someone for using the unfair system rather than focus on the topic at hand but here we are. i wouldn't be surprised if this was already on the list of topics that will be passed to PA but either way calm down OP lol

if you search for "Belethor", the player being talked about most here, in NA through Camping Grounds > Adventurer and click on the family name, you can see the forum name on the tab. "B5564" ;)

Maybe we could have a feature where we can lock items like we can with gear and player inventory and only officers and guild masters can unlock

Hello these are many issues regarding permissions and the organization of guild storages. This has become an issue again in the NA community as a known user has been hopping between guilds emptying the guild storage before leaving the guild to delete the guild's hard work.
The solution to this is relatively simple.
Create three storage tabs for each guild as outlined:
- The first tab will be accessible by ALL members of the guild excluding apprentices.
- The second tab will be accessible by the OFFICERS and GM of the guild.
- Finally the third tab will only be accessible by the GM.
This allows high value items to be protected from behavior that can set back a community months of hard work. Thank you for your time and please do your best.
