We all understand the general problem and I have seen some great suggestions how to change this system so far.
But please refrain from witch-hunting specific users. Address the issue at hand and share suggestions about how you think it should be fixed.
Report specific users who abuse this system to support via tickets presented with evidence., NOT sharing their names across the forums.
Not only is this not allowed according to forum rules, but it also gives these people the attention that is 9/10 times their entire goal. Yes, negative attention is still attention.

+1 They need to fix this system really sucks to have guild items robbed when you are just trying to grow your guild and find new members. A lot of the suggestions posted seem reasonable but clearly PA doesn't seem interested in making this system better or at least punish the people or person doing this. Since people can get chat banned for inappropriate behavior in chat and so on for disrupting gameplay such as pirates sinking GM boats during an event etc , I find it extremely odd that in the GMs eyes this is player to player interaction even though the person or peoples doing this are intentionally and knowingly affecting others gameplay even going as far to leave messages to guilds so they will target another guild thinking they did this. They are counting on the fact that PA will continue to do nothing about this Including not restoring items back and not punishing this person/peoples.

Its really sad that the system allows the exploitation of good-faith guild recruiters. The ability of bad actors to exploit the openness of people is a huge barrier to entry for new players and the long-term sustainability of the game. How are new players meant to ever join a community and socialize in this multiplayer game if all new players are suspected of potentially being a name-changed, alt accounted guild bank deleting charlatan?

I play online games to meet interesting people and have fun with them, and Black Desert has always been a great way to do that since the beginning of service. I've met tons of great people in and out of game. An experience like this would this would destroy all of the good that Black Desert produces in that manner, and eventually turn the game into a toxic, unsociable, suspicious cesspool of deceit and exclusivity.

Any guild who is a victim of this should be commended for their inclusivity, not punished for it. My heart goes out to y'all. Dont let the actions of a few spoil the welcoming spirit you have.

The Kicker would be if they looked up a guild history

Oh this person has a new Guild  a couple times a month, vers Oh why does this Player have a new guild every 25 hours, for 6 months to a year or longer 

Yeah it's mind boggling they don't just ban this player already. Do they really value the account of one toxic player harrassing entire guilds by draining their storage? I think we should just stop buying pearls for awhile lol.
