We just got hit yesterday as well. Person applied with a low level Shai, joined, removed all sea monster mats from guild storage, then left. Probably wasn't in the guild for more than 15 minutes. Left the same kind of "raid message" on the message of the day.

I suggested this morning with my ticket that the withdraw permissions of Mission Specialist, Member, and Apprentice members be restricted, with the additional restriction that Apprentices cannot even open the Guild Storage until their apprenticeship is over. With the addition of the new Point Request system, I suggested that a possible solution to the problem would be to allow members of those ranks to request mats from the storage instead of points, which then the Guild Master, Advisor, Staff, Secretary, or Officer could approve. This would allow the Guild Master to set a daily cap of how many mats could be requested / withdrawn, and the mats could even be "mailed" to the members when the Guild Bonus is sent.

Hopefully they will be able to find a workable solution for this soon. It stinks having your hard work taken advantage of by someone that wants to play the system.

This.  We keep getting more ranks with more permissions instead of what we need.  Ways to button up the permissions and bank.  I had forgotten about the separated guild banks of WoW.  What a simple solution.  1 page for everyone and 1 page for GM/Advisor.  I won't use a secretary, etc etc etc.  Way too complicated to have all these new roles with expanded permissions.  PA is making things worse, not better.

Exactly!  No amount of confusing us with even more ranks and muddying the waters is going to take care of the issues that need to be addressed.  We're asking for the tools to tighten things up and they're giving us tools to make things looser and looser.
