Balanced/Air strike spin animation part take 30% of skill animation where you animation locked, unprotected and do nothing beside getting CC's/ killed. Remove this part of animation or give it some kinda of protection.

Actually 99% of the skill is unprotected, when these icons that indicate if you have SA/iframe/FG were added, I tried them with this skill and it didnt even show the iframe icon. I dont know you, but I've got cc'ed a lot of times when my character barely started moving with this skill. It's only useful as a quick disengage anyways, unless you play succ.
But agree, the skill should be shortened, the second hit is unnecessary and it only gets you killed.
