Title: Restrictions on Skill presets are outdated and should be removed

Suggestion/Comments: The skill preset system in it's current form is way too restrictive and can be bypassed in other ways. When the skill presets were initially announced, people were hoping to be able to swap between succession / awakening on their class on the fly. What we ended up getting was a system that has restrictions that severely limit the usefulness of presets.

Why is it that we have a system for quickly swapping skills but i am still better off tagging the same class as my main class and using a different skill build?

The skill preset system should have no cooldown for swapping and you should be able to swap anywhere. Players should be rewarded for sticking to the same class, not punished.  If someone comes up to my spot and asks for a duel, i cannot swap to my PvP talents quickly with skill presets and then swap back after im done, instead i am better off changing to a different tagged character to solve this problem.

Swapping to a different class should not be easier than swapping skills on your own class. Skill presets was made to be able to fix this, but has too many limitations in it's current version.

True and real. Some limitations should stay so that people don't abuse it to refresh long cooldowns but the swap cooldown and being limited to skill instructor or safe zone should go.

I know it's a necro thread by at least remove the cooldowns if you go to the Skill Instructor dammit! How the hell can that be cheesed for unfair advantage?
