I dont care if you need a special lightstone combo or some kind of rare crafted item but mass processing MUST be improved. The time it takes to process food goods is way to long. Grinding or shaking on a mass scale takes hours for large volumes.
Devs, look at this as something to improve QOL big time.
Mass processing is pointless.
Firstly, precisely because it takes too long, mass processing should take the same amount of time as normal processing: a few seconds.
Secondly, mass processing is unprofitable because it gives much less result items than single processing because it calculates a very low average, and if someone has a high level of processing, they very often get 3-4 result items and the mass processing average is 2.

I don't believe this is true.
I don't believe this is true.
I counted it a long time ago (and for this reason I sold my processing stones), how about you?
And since mass processing takes 60-90 seconds, where is the profit here? Mass processing is marginally faster but at the same time you get less resulting items. And one more thing: mass processing also has a certain chance of failure, so after 60-90 sec you have ... failed info. Conclusion: you wasted time.

because it isn't
mass processing is objectively faster

Normal processing takes 6 seconds. If mass processing takes 60, then I would need to be able to mass process more than ten items at once. I can process 203 items at once with my mastery. Mass processing is 20 times more efficient for me than normal processing. I have no idea what you're going on about.

You "counted it," eh?
I think I'm like 1700 processing mastery with a Seafood Cron Meal. I have the Clang! Clang! Artifact Lightstone set embedded within 2x Processing Success % Artifacts as well. These 2 things alone put me up to 100% processing success. There is no failure.
Last night I was processing iron ore into melted iron shards. I think I was getting like 480 - 600 shards at a time. There's no way in hell that you could achieve that result without mass processing.

60 sec? You have pen stone? Because only pen stone give you 60 sec.
Also reading comprehension problem? 60 sec and ... processing fail. You have always chance for fail. ALWAYS.
So what if it's a bit faster if you get less resultant items, i.e. you waste materials.
You "counted it," eh?
Yes, i was counting, where do you see the problem with this?
Take 10 000 mats. Process them few times. So few times x 10 000. Note how much result items you have.
Then take next 10 000 mats and few time use mass processing. Note how much result items you have and compare to single process.
I've always had more from single processing than from mass processing.
These 2 things alone put me up to 100% processing success.
1. I did tests a long time ago. There were no artifacts back then.
2. Using artifacts and lightstones for processing success rate is not very smart.
