I'd personally love to see these items re-obtainable again.
The items became character bound once used, and if you deleted the character for whatever reason, they're just gone forever. Not even a chance to store them and say, 'This item can only be worn by <insert applicable class>.'

I think it would be a very fitting thing to make these items available through the Pearl Shop every anniversary.
Definitely! It's such an appropriate time, and it's just limited enough that they're still valuable.

Right? It's ridiculous that they only became family-bound last year! The oldest is Shai's Peek-a-Boo Black Spirit Cube Earring from 2019. It took three years to be able to store that—much too long! :(
If anything, PA should at least bring back these items one time as an apology for taking so long to address the character-bound issue! Granted, something recurring would be preferable.

Would be better if they changed these items to be available to every player for reaching certain milestones with their respective classes, say when you hit Lv.62 or something along those lines. Create new ones for classes that has never gotten any such item (e.g., game's launch classes) and make it little cosmetics your players can unlock as they play new characters. Likely to be an incentive to get more character slots (potential $) and to level more characters for some people as an upside for the company.

Absolutely! I would love to have these items for older classes, especially. After all, these items are essentially little drops of lore for their classes!

This week's [Woosa Awakening] Lunar Serenade Pack includes [Woosa] Nacre Butterfly Hairpin x1!
I hope that PA will continue this trend with the older classes!

Absolutely! There are tons of options, from the class anniversaries to the BDO anniversary.
