It has been some time since we saw any major changes being made to workers in BDO. Having level 30 Artisian worker is still hard cap, and I think it would be great if we could progress those workers even further. Maybe just increase max level of Artisian workers from 30 to 50 or something like that. Or introduce even higher grade of workers that Artisians can be promoted to.

It just feels like nothing was done to whole worker game feature.

Another suggestions that players already had many times is an option to auto feed workers from character/family inventory or directly from storage. Maybe even let workers do it's job when players disconnect the game client.

Master and Guru ranked Workers for the Worker Empire are long overdue. They were needed 2+ years ago, in my opinion. The problem is that they stopped caring about Empire related activities after Valencia came out. Just look at the sorry state that workshops are in. There were multiple requests and discussions for them to buff the way that worker Luck stat works, invest energy in nodes for increased yields, etc. Nothing ever came of it except the pitiful grind-related drop rate increase. Then consider they haven't even finished implementing the Manos Lifeskill update from years ago (Trading, Farming) and I'm not optimistic this piece of content that I love will ever get the attention it needs. I'm actually convinced of the opposite.

It's a shame.

Yeah, workers seemed a bit deficient even three years ago, but since prices and silver have all gone up everywhere, and gathering is now buffed by Agris Fever, the work accomplished by workers seems even less valuable.  Sure, you're always getting something, and something is always better than nothing, but since most areas have a sense of long-term progression, it would be nice if workers did too.  Although, one could argue that just getting the CP to have workers in Grana-Eilton is considered long term progression......

It'd still be greatly beneficial to adjust the empire because there are many resources that are not practical to gather yourself. Coconuts? Freekeh? Trace of X, etc.

Something else worker-related that I'd personally like to see - in addition to master & guru ranked workers - is for a fairy blessing type pearl shop item that would let us to re-roll select worker skills. After 3 years of on/off trying in many focused bursts of constantly hiring/firing, leveling new artisan workers and re-rolling existing skills, I've still never obtained a +3 timber worker in Grana. It took me 1 1/2 yrs to get a +3 ore packer in Grana. It's actually absurd.
