Allow recipes to be searched without Capital letters

Title: When searching a recipe book, 'beer' will not find Beer. We are able to search without capitals in the Marketplace.

Region (NA/EU): NA
Suggestion/Comments: Remove the need to capitalise recipies when searching.
beer cant find Beer, but 'eer' will find Beer in recipie book.
beer finds Beer in the Marketplace
