Improve cannon ball capacity for earlier ships, return crew cannons.

Suggestion/Comments: Ships such as the Advanced Frigate, lack sufficent cannonball capacity to be an effective platoon member.
It would be great to see the return of the capability to add stacks of balls to the hold. The small amount of added balls from Breeze crystals doesn't meet the underlying issue of capacity.
The removal of crewed cannons was also an impact on 'Sailies', with regards to player engagement. Please bring back an optional role for the cannons to be crewed, so that interactive participation returns to the sea aspect.

I never thought the crewed cannons should have gone away, even with the larger ships. I believe you can have driver-fired cannons as we currently do without removing the passenger-operated ones. Adding 1-2 additional cannons of this type would not suddenly make sea monster hunting meta again (it's so far behind..), although I imagine it would noticeably shorten the duration of Vell. This would add another multiplayer activity to the game, which is only a good thing.
They should really increase the cannonball return per breezy crystal though, regardless of any other changes. As is, they're not even worth clicking.
