Title: Elvia/Hadum orc light debuf has no effect for Casting Speed users

Region (NA/EU): EU
Suggestion/Comments: The light debuf effect at elvia/hadum orc's has no apparent effect for Casting Speed users (Sage, Sorceress, Nova, Valkyrie, Wizard and Witch). It appears to only effect attack speed users. Once the attack speed users can maintain he lights, they can clear as fast as a caster with Elvia weapon.

As a Magic Class (DK) this is not something I have personally experienced. Please provide a video example as a comparison to show the difference in effect for the damage types, so we can see what you mean.

Can confirm this too. AWAKENING witch here.
The whole orc spot is bugged in many ways. Sometimes you need like 10 skills per pack, sometimes 5 and sometimes 2... Elvis weapon seems to lower it down to 5, 3, 1 skill.
I also notice the dmg the mobs deal is weird too. Sometimes you stay in middle of them and don't lose any HP, sometimes you stay in middle of them use the magus SA aoe skill (F for witch class/hotbar in awakening) and almost Die...
And it looks like the electric Elvis weapon has more consistent dmg compared to the fire Elvis weapon.

Are you both sure you arent missing accuracy, there hasnt been any mention of gear. Video evidence + displaying gear would be best. This would cause the anomalies you both are talking about.

Thanks for the feedback. I will try to get video proof of my experience vs those on other characters with same stats.
Until I am able to create that in a meaningful sense, here are some more details.
I will certainly admit that I took an assumption that the issue I expecience with the Orcs is caused by the fact the mentioned classes are magic users, in the sence their main ability is Casting Speed. And the lighting effect at the orcs weakens them, which may certainly only effect physical traits.
Gear and accuracy is not be an issue, as I am comparing two classes with the same AP/DP stats and my Nova even has more accuracy then the Striker being compared to. But to also allow more clarity here, both our AP bracket is 293 and DP bracket is 365.

well both nova and striker are melee classes lol
casting/attack speed has no bearing when it comes to damage, just speed of attacks
