Suggestion/Comments:
Why not make use of the same Mechanic when one gets sent to Pila Ku and it stops the swapping to a tag completely even over character selection. Magnus can check trade items in inventory and you have to shed them before you can enter it why not add the same check on trade items on tag swap. If present in inventory the character is locked till it is sold, or put into a local storage or even traded to a Trade Manager.
