Not sure how it goes for other regions, but for NA, valencia have not had a fight since the first week of reworked siege, the only time there are any is when the top guild just gave it away because they are bored and went to capped regions to have fun, it's just a region generating free money for no reason, if that's the case then all 3 regions should be capped sieges at varies different gear score such as 550gs -> 600gs -> 650gs (can be increased as more players have more gear).

It's also miserable to push a uncapped castle, even for a maxed out gear 100 vs 100.
