Anyone that leaves their Ship undocked in Velia should get a -75 Enchantment success rate, and a -75 loot drop rate. :)

boats left undocked should receive -5% speed every 5 minutes because of barnacles growing under the keel. the speed will go back to normal after some miles of sailing.
Also, after 1 hour of undockedness the sailors will start to be unhappy (their condition goes down) until they fall sick

like i said before for ship make it a toe away zone if more then 1 hour not used and it left out at the dock it get towed and place in a impound lot and you can not get it back till you pay the fine. I know how people are when it come to pay silver for anything that it woould stop ship from being left out.
