I have received Baermalo Hona's Supreme Cooking Repair Tool and it says that it can be exchanged with Islin Bartali in Velia for the Supreme Cooking Utensil but she offers me nothing to exchange. The only thing she offers is Yar!, conversation, and shop (only sells sailor contract certificate & raisin bread). I have not checked the other NPCs listed in the tooltip but I'm going to assume they're all going to say the same thing if one NPC listed on it doesn't offer an exchange. Can someone point me in the right direction to obtain the Supreme Cooking Utensil?

its a 1 way exchange i believe. the item wording is for exchanging the utensil for the repair kit.

I did end up getting one through the Progress Pass for 10 completion things under the Farming/Cooking section. Its freakin sweet too. 5000 durabilty on it!!!
