Can we roll back the elvia button in arsha? 

If you need non elvia, one can server swap.

People come to arsha to pvp, and just toggling elvia on and off based on elvia region is just not ideal.  You are also dividing arsha population between elvia and non elvia.  Do not touch arsha's pvp
