Since I dont know for myself I asked around and found out that Guild Houses have no real advantage in silver gains or PvP (largescale), so the system of having to win it in an auction and then have it for a limited amount of time seems bad.

My way of thinking about this is based on the Guild, as a Guild, as a place where you can gather and hang out.

So my opinion is that every major city should have a guildhouse, which is available for every guild, very similair to investing into a residence or the mansion, so people can actually see each others characters in a large guild hall, which can be decorated by the GM / officers. This way every Guild can have a home in the city they like the most.

When it comes to RP and guild aspects, Pearl Abyss REALLY needs to take a page from Final Fantasy. Being able to manage roles and permissions for a guild is huge. It's also amazing to be able to buy and decorate your own guild house and use it as a crafting/market hub. Now that we have universal storage, it would be nice to be able to craft, cook, and perform alchemy from a guild house as opposed to a personal one, secluded from my guildmates and friends. It would also be an opportunity for Pearl Abyss to remove some of the excess silver from the game by offering new furniture and other features exclusive to guild housing. Another good idea would be to have a communal crafting aspect to make new, exclusive furniture or housing designs. This, of course, would require changes to guild permissions though, as guild crafting simply isn't feasible with only the guild master and advisor being allowed to start guild crafts.

I would add the ability for members to donate furniture to said Guild house.
