Suggestion/Comments: Please stop making pearl shop items so limited. Items like the cozy fleece hat are available on Drakania, Corsair, Sage, Hashashin, and Woosa but not on other classes. 4/5 of those classes are newer which is probably why they have that item but I saw in some screenshots that Shai is supposed to have that item as well. It doesn't make sense to me why they would remove certain items for other classes when all classes should have equal opportunity. Similarly, if an item or cosmetic is seasonal, it should be back the subsequent season. For example, the Sugar Rush outfit was last year's Christmas/winter outfit. This year it's back but without the matching underwear. Why wouldn't the underwear be back as well? It's a win-win on both sides since players will have an additional chance to get an item they want and PA gets the opportunity to make more sales. As current classes get reworked/changed there are inevitabily players who roll to another class. Bringing back all items sold would allow players to customize/dress their new class in the same style as their previous one without feeling like they lose out on the cosmetics they had previously.

TLDR: BRING BACK SWEET DREAMS (SUGAR RUSH) UNDERWEAR AND TAKE MY PEARLS.

Yes!! Limited time items should always make their way back around, especially holiday items since they happen every year! It feels like they pick a select few items to bring back and forget about the rest, and you have to hope for the best sometimes :(. I've been feeling the same with with the holiday and seasonal themed furniture in the Pearl shop. I had an EU account that had the spring furniture sets from the shop, and only played on it for a month or two back in 2021 before taking a long break, and then restarting on NA months later. During spring 2022 they didn't bring the furniture back at all, and I was really hoping to get it on my NA account. Now it's winter and the Holidays and they haven't brought those furniture sets back in the shop either, and they are some of the prettiest sets! Also at this point they should make all the accessories available for every class and the future classes too, especially something like the fleece hat, that isn't made for a specific class theme in mind! More accessory options for all classes would be really great and everyone would enjoy it. Really hoping they can improve on the shop rotations, especially with things that only come around a few times each year with holidays and the seasons changing, and giving all of the classes equal accessory options for more customization choices :D. Good luck, and I hope the sweet dreams undies can make it back in the shop soon, they look really cute with the outfit!
