Ok, so... there comes a time in the game where you see someone with whom you want to talk or chat, and you have to jump through 14 hoops to be able to whisper them. For instance, say you see a guy that you want to compliment on his funny name, or you want to ask where he got a certain outfit, etc. In order to chat privately with him/her, you have to:
1. Hit enter to open the chat
2. either type "/w" or click on the chat to change to Whisper from Guild Chat or whatever you were doing.
3. Put the cursor into the name box and type the name of the person you want to chat with and then hope you spelled it right, if you remember it at all after they ride away.
What I suggest is that you institute a way to click (LMB or RMB doesn't matter) on a player, kind of like targeting, and you get an option to whisper. You don't have to add buttons for invites, guild invites, or anything else, but it would be so nice just to be able to click on someone and talk to them. So much easier than the system we have now. Once the person responds, THEN you have all the other options you do now.
Just a suggestion from the depths of my frustration with the system. It may have been suggested many times. Apologies for the redux if that be the case.
You can rightclick on players already(if you didn't notice, that's probably because you need to get annoyingly close to actually make it work). Though yeah, adding a "Whisper" option to the rightclick menu might be a good idea. As would be increasing the range at which it works, or at least giving us the option of doing so.
