is just me or the warrior succession is just meh compared to awakening? no reason to use it when you have awakening perfoming 100% better.

Succession was really good until the recent changes, better to stick with awaken but play succession if you want a different playstyle or don't care about the best performance 

Awakening has black spirit skills, core skills and also actually useful T3 add-on skill (Reckless Blow) which give it edge compared to succession. Not to mention difference of accuracy on awakening and succession skills. Lingering crit is what makes succession really good, but again, you can use lingering crit on awakening, too...

On the other hand, succession has access to protected grab and significantly stronger shield durability, but I don't think these should be reason for such imbalance between the awakening and non-lingering crit succession.

Imo, succession should get shorter iframe cooldown on Prime Evasion, T3 add-on on Prime Grab and shorter cooldown on Prime Spining Slash. When awakening will get the fps cap to limit fps=dps shenanigans, maybe these two could be finally more equalized. Not sure about adding core/black spirit skills to successions because not all classes have this issue of their awakenings being a lot stronger than their normal successions. Also, keep in mind that PA said that they don't want to nerf what is already strong but rather bring weaker things in line with strong ones.

It was overnerfed from it's "King of SE" days and now it is significantly worse in every mode of the game compared to awakening.
