I think that Pearl Abyss bit of a lot more then they can chew right now........Kakao Games was on top of things and now that they are gone....wooopsie...PA dont know how to fix things.....Oooh my.......What will we do.....uhhhh.....

I just received an answer...to a ticket i made a month ago and closed due to a huge typo in the character name
I closed the ticket and it clearly said "closed by the customer" but yet they answered me
"I can see that you've opened another ticket that got resolved by another GM, so I'll go ahead and close this ticket now."
This has to be a joke, meanwhile my urgent ticket is still unanswered
