As the title asks ! SEA are getting it in today's patch, but it's not available for the NA/EU region. Been waiting for that outfit ever since the Road Map preview and I'm just confused...

I don't even try to spend anything on shai, i just stopped buying all together. Good on you if you purchase this, the NA/EU side don't really care for Shai. They neglect her left and right.
