Suggestion: Currently when someone uses a Golden Bell to grant a one hour 100% Combat EXP buff to a server channel, everyone on the channel can click the Golden Bell icon to send a Cheer. I suggest adding some small reward for cheering, like an additional 10% Combat EXP for players who cheered, so they would have 110% total while stayng on that channel. Or add 5% Skill EXP to the buff instead. Some small bonus buff to encourage partipation in the cheering system.

Maybe to the person that used the bell, not to the cheerer... I mean, really?! Reward player for receiving a 100% combat xp buff gift? what?

For cheering the buff, not just for receiving it. The bell ringer can cheer it also.
Just trying to think of a reason for people to cheer the bells, as very few people actually do it.
I like your idea of the bell ringer getting more benefit. What if instead of extra EXP for cheerers, the bell ringer could get an additional 1% EXP for every cheer on their bell?
