You'll be able to exchange them for various things. "Once per family" generally means you can redeem each item in the list once. What happens after maintenance is anyone's guess but it's possible we'll have more to unlock.

how does the 9 tails work? does i need to keep a 8 tails until the 11?is it a fox cub +0 that will transforme in 9 tails or i enchance it after the 11?does i need to save 9 orb till the 11 if i want the 9 tails? that event give no proper info about how the 9 tails work. also is the 9 tails a pet and what tier is it?

I'm just keeping the raw materials until the 11th, and will figure it out when we have more information.

According to this after jan 11 the fox turns into a 9 tailed fox. Would that be a pet or a different turn in reward?? I don't see any info on this subject
