You cannot apply both x2 Black Magic Crystal - Intimidation and x1 Black Magic Crystal - Vigor to reach 100% resistance for stun and knockdown.
The new crystal presets only allow for x2 INCREASE RESISTANCE II crystals which all the Black Magic Crystals that give stun or knockdown resistance are a part of.
Previously you could run a build that is now impossible:
x1 Red Battlefield Crystal: Adamantine (5% stun) (shoes socket)
x1 Red Battlefield Crystal: Giant (25% stun) (shoes socket)
x2 Black Magic Crystal - Intimidation (10% stun) (helmet socket)
x1 Black Magic Crystal - Vigor (10% stun) (armor socket) (Cannot be stacked with Crystal Preset Update)
x2 Dark Red Fang Crystal - Armor (2% resistance) (armor socket)
[Villa] Body Enhancement (10% all)
Khalk Elixir (10% all)
Exquisite Cron Meal (4% all)
Labreska's Helmet (5% all)
Base Character Resistance (20% all)
This build previously allowed you to reach 101% stun and 111% knockdown resistance but now you can only reach 91% stun resistance which results in being CC'd frequently.
It was necessary to build this resistance to 100% since in PvE you are invulnerable to CC at 100% resistance and for crypt of resting thoughts it is certain death if you get CC'd.
Without this previous gear setup crypt of resting thoughts has become unfun and feels far too difficult compared to before.
A simple solution to this problem would be to allow x4 for the INCREASE RESISTANCE II crystal group instead of the current x2 which is limiting for various builds that were previously possible.

Running x2 Dark Red Fang Crystal - Armor and x4 HAN Magic Crystal - Hoom isn't a solution because you are losing lots of incredibly powerful stats from the crystals that would ordinarily take up those slots in the old system.
Monster debuff resistance is calculated as a separate roll from regular debuff resistance meaning that 91% + 50% doesn't equal 141% it means you have 91% chance to resist then a separate 50% chance meaning you will still get CC'd 5% of the time.
Also, using [Boulder] is NOT a solution because everyone used [Maiming] or the kama damage set in crypt before the update which made you incredibly powerful.
This entire issue is definitely an oversight as crystal presets wasn't intended to make us any weaker and I'm simply trying to bring it to pearl abyss's attention.
I had no 100% KD resistance when I grinded there and I had no issue with it. Only the mage AOE do KD and that can be avoided very easily.
Like that have something like 20 second or so cast time, it's a joke.
