Helping others is a thing that i do with passion and love. But its not rare that peoples belive i might think they could be stupid. No, i dont. The reason that i ask things like: Have you checked the settings? Have you tried this and that? Isnt to say that youre stupid, its just for getting shure that nothing has been missed that could solve the problem. We all can sometimes forget the easiest things. Have a nice day.

Asking such questions is something i do as well and is actually quite normal. Indeed, what you do then is to find out what is really going on. 

That's also something that happens if you call a customerservice. And it can happen that you just have forgotten something. Even i have that sometimes and then if someone ask you things like that it's then "ah yeah, that was it".  Has nothing to do with being stupid. 

What irritates me more is if people simply won't want to help and come with "search on google or look on youtube"  But that's also not helping someone to refer them to a search engine or videosite.  That's a thing that happens often with things related to black desert, such as about enhancement or with lifeskills.
