Mob-death penalities would be removed from the game, so your big brain idea won't work.

If Vendettas are used to take a spot from someone, then that will result in the player running out of this limited resource, which is limited to 1 - 3 per week (or so, exact number of Vendettas a player can send is tentative).  But what difference is that scenario versus the current Guild Dec system?  Players can still send decs to other people's guilds and do the exact same thing.  Player Interaction isn't black and white, it's not "I want to take this spot, so I'm gonna take it" 100% of the time.  You sound like you don't play the game, TBH, if you think so black and white about how grind zone interactions go.  You also seem to think everyone is as toxic as you are, which is funny to me.  How cynical does one have to be to think EVERYONE is a griefer? 

Being griefed is relatively uncommon, at least from what I've heard from people I've spoken with -- but it is possible and does happen.  I've heard my fair share of horror stories about players minding their own business and bad run ins with guildless players or un-warrable guilds.  That's what needs to be changed.  PA is aware Karma can be abused, they stated that at Calpheon Ball 2021.  So instead of trolling around, doing your darn hardest to start beefs by being a PoS, why don't you go heat up some Hot Pockets that your mom bought and go back to your dungeon / basement and chill TF out?

What the Vendetta System will mainly address are guildless / non-warrable guilds from griefing with impunity like how the Karma System allows now.  You talk high and mighty about griefers, as if you're against griefing in BDO (you're not, you're just trolling here on your 5th unliked account since your previous ones got banned KEKW), but you fail when not addressing other ways griefing happens.  That speaks volumes about your bias and lack of willingness to enagage in contructive, mature, discussions.  Grow up.  We're seeking solutions, if you have a problem, bring it up with maturity instead of speaking like a rabid muskrat overdosing on Mountain Dew.

-->  My system does not promote PK more than it is promoted currently -- Karma System remains in tact, and while Vendetta's may circumvent Karma penalties, there are limits that prevent it from being used with malicious intent.

I do not claim the system is set-in-stone-answer-to-all-problems.  I am sure it could use refinement.  And if there's a BETTER SOLUTON WHY DON'T YOU PRESENT ONE?  Oh yeah, becuase all your suggestions are trash and go against how the game is designed (OWPVX sandbox MMO).  Instanced servers?  PVE servers?  Goes against game design, devs said that already.  My system uproots the issue from the source (guildless players having no consequence of griefing others), taking into account the game design and vision of BDO stated by the devs.

As someone who genuinely cares about BDO, the community, and direction of the game, my system is merely a POSSIBLE soluton to an ongoing problem.  An ongoing problem that is acknowledged by PA and a large portion of the playerbase as being a problem.

And about Arsha, the problem isn't on Arsha.  Karma System abuse happens on normal channels.  Playing on Arsha (which I do), does not solve the problem on normal channels.

So many players know this by now.  Even PA acknowledged it.  Get with the program.
