As you have 'fixed' the multiple CC application on the Kunoichi skill 'Delighted Blast'. I would like to see you fixing the multiple application of CCs on the following skills. If you really want to be the most improved game such bugged abilities should be fixed as soon as possible. Also there are various abilities where the tooltip may say it has "on hits", but it should be changed to "on hit". This confuses newer players while trying to learn their class.

Yeah once PA fixed the multihit cc's in the past but there are still abilities which are apply cc's multiple times. That should be fixed atleast in PvP no ability should have multi hit cc.

Several of the skills you have listed are not true multi-hit CCs (i.e Spiral Cannon, Spiral Torpedo, Sea Mist, Meteor Dive, Deadly Dance, Mass Destrucion, Sin Splitter and Eviscerate). These skills feature a moving hit box that apply a single CC instance at each segment of the entire movement. For example, a skill with 678% x3, max 3 hits would apply a single CC instance 3 times, 1 time per movement segment/sequence. If if were a true multi-hit CC, it would apply 9 CC instances, 3 times per movement segment/sequence. Each segment is considered a "new" attack and therefore these skills utilise a different convention to other skills in the game.

These types of skills are far and few and are not hard to deal with once you understand how they function. They would be useless if the CC only applied on the first segment as it would require the player to be at point blank range to utilise it as a CC. 

Secondly, Thunder Pound and its various versions follow the same CC conventions as other CCs. The Stiffness/Stun is only applied on the first hit. You can easily test whether a CC is true multi-hit or not by hitting the scarecrows in the Battle Arena with Attack Decisions turned on. The "immune" floating combat text indicates how many instances of CC are applied.
