As you have 'fixed' the multiple CC application on the Kunoichi skill 'Delighted Blast'. I would like to see you fixing the multiple application of CCs on the following skills. If you really want to be the most improved game such bugged abilities should be fixed as soon as possible. Also there are various abilities where the tooltip may say it has "on hits", but it should be changed to "on hit". This confuses newer players while trying to learn their class.

Shield Charge is not a multihit ability, it cc's once upon contact. It does not produce multiple ticks of cc, which is what makes skills like Spiral Cannon imbalanced: the fact that, if you want to resist it, you have to roll the resistance check 3 times in a row. This is also largely due to the hitbox of the skill, which in the case of Shield Charge, is quite literally the Warrior player model. So I'm not super sure what you'd like to see done about Shieldcharge.
I can't help but notice you forgot some skills in hashashin, tamer, berserker, musa, valkyrie and nova in the list of multihit cc's though :D
Don't forget shai bongos, that shit is broken in solare.
Scratch hasn't been a multihit for almost a year at this point. lol
