Black Desert will begin in a moment.

Install the Black Desert Launcher if the game doesn't start.

Install the Black Desert Launcher to start the game.

The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

Install Guide

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Purchased $60 of A coins through steam it has already charged me and processed but still havent received my ACoins no mattter how many times ive restarted my game and refeshed in the pearl shop

This is why I never recommend steam for games that have transactions in them. Steam likes to misbehave a lot and it's not a BDO exclusive thing but for any game that is on Steam. Sometimes it can take days before you receive what you bought or renew a subscription and in an MMORPG that could be disasterous. But it is what it is and it doesn't exactly solve your situation.

Check your web portal if there's anything there that might need to be moved to your steam account. If you can't find anything there, try contacting their support. Generally I had luck within a few hours at the latest so they're pretty quick. No idea how quick they are on a weekend with a holiday though but it should be reasonably fast. Better than waiting here for an answer.

Unfortunately I don't have experience with BDO on steam so I can't guide you with further advice but customer service is your best bet. I hope you get your issue resolved soon! :)
