How about some crystals for Life Skills outside of the Dim Magical Crystals or make them not so rare, maybe a drop, extra item on combine?

Wouldnt help much. Sure it would be great to get more, but 5 presets and 50 only slots for crystals is not enough for more diversity.

How about making 2k gathering actually good. 

I like the idea of being able to add more diversity to Lifeskill play. I also agree with everyone else saying we don't have enough Crystal presets (lol) so I think if they did something like this, we would need more presets. You could even say that the LT stacking preset is a great Lifeskill preset, I get to cook more meals without hitting up storage. I use it for gathering also, it gives me my crit, movement and attack speed for gathering in Tshira, little buff which is better than what we had before, albeit, nothing.

They can always add more diverse crystals, I'd LOVE those +attack speed crystals from AoS for hunting. *wink wink PA*

However, this doesn't stop them from adding more Lightstone and Artifact combos. Hunting is a good example, we have +Matchlock Speed or +Crit Rate. Maybe something there?
