I would like to stay in Valencia City because i m after map and compass pieces.

However i cant reside there because many critical dailies are not doable....the biggest one are training dailies(no horses in valencia region) and hunting lara daily( no option for it apart from narcion, eternal winter, kama).

Desert content is already outdated, ppl rarely come to Valencia, maybe just for a quick trading tour, that s all.

Fix this in order to help ppl choose the residence they want.

I m after map and compass.....and also T10 and guru hunting, cant miss those training and hunting dailies. Many players i m sure got the same problem, why should we be punished for residing in Valencia City over other capitals?

Add camels, maybe, in Valencia :) But yeah, a daily for hunting in Valencia could work. And while at it, maybe remove the level restriction too. I mean, I can pick up dailies in Narcion, but not in Areha on my 49. And I have huge accuracy issues vs almost all wild animals of O'dy.

I just want them to spend more time on their open world in general. I realize that's not what makes the most money but... Man it's just the most charming part of this game by far.

More quests, more animals to hunt, more wild mounts to tame, new types of gatherables, more treasure items unique to different regions, just more reasons to be in all the amazing locations in this world they've built. I would rather they spent a lot more time fleshing out those existing regions than adding new, empty zones with very little reason to go back to them (looking at you EW).

I'm trying to show my boyfriend the Valencia dailies so he can do them with me. From everything I've seen, the requirement is be level 55+ and to have 260 to 300 CP.Problem is, the quests aren't showing up for him. He's level 56 on the alt he is using, and he has exactly 260 CP. Not sure why they aren't available. I've been doing the dailies on my account for over 2 weeks now on a level 55 alt and I've never had a problem with them not showing up.

The whole point there was to actually not feel the need to jump through a well, but rather be busy having fun wherever you are. As it is, right now, EW is a plastic world, with very little to gather, very little to hunt, no treasures to be had once you got your flame.

Overall, if you compare the starting regions to the new ones, it's disheartening. Every corner of Balenos seems handcrafted, whereas from Kama onward and getting worse with almost each new area, it's just a SpeedTree spam. Huge swaths of terrain filled to the brim with trees. Yay. Same trees everywhere. In Black Desert

Yes, please! Add more content in the world we have. More stuff happening it it. We have fights going on between npc factions, but they're just... rumors. We have a huge desert with ancient weapons, ancient civilizations and a rich piece of lore, but it's all just wall of text we tend to R-spam through. Give us more reasons to settle in one city or another, besides the current grind goals. And, as OP said, don't neglect old territories. We, as players, tend to linger in the game also because of the connection we've built with it - especially when mechanically it seems to take a nosedive, with texture issues, disconnects, balance problems and all that. You, PA, seem to be hellbent on severing that connection by adding new zones that are a far cry from what you used to bring before. Damn shame.

This. This is such a huge one, I'm so glad you mentioned it! The contrast in flavor between the original zones (Balenos - Calpheon) and the new ones is truly disheartening.

Where are my cute little side towns that I could feasibly settle down in if I wanted? Olvia, Port Epheria, Trent, Tarif, to name a few. Each has a distinct personality and access to their own unique set of infrastructure. But post-Valencia we've gotten... One major city in each realm, with the exception of Old Wisdom Tree in Kama. That's it? Every other node feels like exactly that, just another node, perhaps a stopping point for the main storyline and nothing more.

Even the major cities in each new region struggle to reach the same level of personality that most of the towns have in the original regions - like Velia! Every corner of Velia feels truly hand-crafted. And while Calpheon City isn't my favorite aesthetically, I've just never seen another MMO capture the 'sprawling medieval metropolis' vibe the same way that it does.

Sorry, I know this is kind of off-topic for this thread now, haha ^^; But please PA, if you're reading this: give some more love to your open world. I think it's the #1 thing that could truly bring this game back to its glory days.
