problem is that tuvala guy makes more money than me even there on low ap spot, if he is good class for it. balance in this game is nonexistant, on both pve and pvp.

id get it that fast mobile clases are better on some spots, and then weaker on other spots, but then we have classes like awk valk or nova or suc hash that are gigachads anywhere. developers are actually totally lsot in fixing their own game.

There is a reason for your name.  You claim you have 730 GS and low AP players are out performing you in silver/hr.

That's why your name represents the joker.  No one should take your statements seriously.

Only content that is using your gear in full capacity is RBF(RedBugField), T4 nodewars(or better to say abuse wars) (2 times a week on shittiest nodes you could have chosen in history of BDO) and one Castle (lag/zergfiesta)siege(1 time a week).

Honestly, with how bad your balance is and how you ignore feedback, dont even see the point of running value pack anymore(what for tbh? i mostly pop it coz im too lazy to sort out storages, but u r honesly finally giving me amazing incentive to do it).

Kama blessing? why? so i can play rbf and pop heidel buff due to energy regen? i can buy energy pots from market place. grinding isnt needed coz no gear needed.

Old moon book? its not that hard to ride for villa invitation once a week.

I dont see any point in gearing up since when I go on global labs and get 319+ ap and 382+ DP I still die in like 10s fighting anything

Why do chess players even play the game?  All they ever do is move pieces around.

Why does anyone play tennis?  All they ever do is hit the ball back and forth.

It just don't make sense!!!

I like to play grindy MMO's and then complain it's pointless even when people who actually play the game know that gear is required to optimize and even handle end game locations.

Feel free to carry on though ranting about problems that don't exist.  Some people just like to compain about stuff like that.

Mixed bag of flak, here. Most mmos have something for you to grind for, as they just can't put out new and new content for the players to be busy with. So they add hard to get items - be they skins or a gearing up system.

However, you can easily spot issues with the current gear system and grind spots. I mean, compare silver gains from trash at Murrowak's Gyfin or Ash Forest (280AP+ spots) with Cadry or even Fogans (140AP- spots). And then check the silver required to gear up for those spots. Cus you see, the way the game oughta be played is: grind silver > buy gear. Those that enhance their own gear are laughed at hard. So silver income is crucial. Now... why would I want to buy gear to grind Gyfin, Ash, Crypt, etc? When I don't need to grind any silver and buy any gear to get, on average, the same amount of silver.

So his argument is valid. PA tried a bit too hard to help new players catch up, making early game grind spots unreasonably rewarding for the amount of effort. Leaving people that were gearing up for end game spots (where you used to get a lot more for your time in comparison) quite a bit disgruntled. Add to it the new kerfuffle caused by green gear outperforming boss gear with the new crystal system and you get quite a nasty picture.

PA screwed the pooch with these things, a bit. It felt like a massive QoL improvement for gearlets (which it was/is), but those that did make it to 720+ GS might feel ignored. There's nothing to do with godly gear. Dungeons are designed with a plethora of 1-shot mechanics, some stats are (based on the debates on the forums) meh for pvp and end game grind is for stuff you don't really need. I mean, what? Merchant Ring? When you're hardcapped? Stinky Fish? The Kzarka Scroll? You don't even need gear for the last 2. Just hard afk.

So yeah, game needs to offer a bit more, I'd say, to people at 720+ GS than 3 dungeon runs per week (where they may overpower a few mechanics). Level up The Pit of Undying with more challenges (maybe make a boss out of each class and throw them there). Give rewards that are not otherwise obtainable by lower gear players, that can't be CM'ed either. You know, a pat on the head, at least... not just a kick in the scrotum.

That is a newbie perspective that doesn't really know the value of end game grind spots.  It's missinformed and does not accurately access how progression works in BDO.

Pearl Abys does an absolutely terrible job of balancing the areas and making most spots viable.

An accurate assessment starts without excluding most zones from the game.  Anyone that doesn't do that isn't worth paying attention to.

Ash forest and Crypt are NOT part of end game progression.  They are compeltely broken and at best "specialty areas" that are avoided by 99.9% of the player base.

If you access the CORRECT end game locations having higher gear score = more silver/hr.  It's jank and very poor quality, but it's still true with the limited viable areas.

At some point you have to blame the player base for this.  Pearl Abyss doesn't care that much about revamping Ash forest when they know people will spend money on the new class instead.  Revamping Ash forest doesn't have a direct correlation to sales, so meh they don't care.  But WHY isn't it profitable?  Because the player base doesn't spend money in PROPORTION to QUALITY.  They spend it in PROPORTION to their own personal instant gratification and advantage with no concern for quality.

Ash forest an Crypt have the Merchant ring pieces. Also increased rates of costume pieces(which you would normally pay for the full costume for the effects they supply) they restrict value of these spots because of these things plus debo neck /belt drop there , they want to reduce amount of silver for end game players because of the value of these items hence them having such high reqs. Over time it is still less silver but it is what it is. They have to make money from costumes somehow-

What im trying to say is they are end game because of these items, merchant ring = more money from selling items, costume= free an can be placed on alts which means less swiping or buying from the market, deboreka is a end game accessory.

I'm pretty sure Deboreka accessories are part of end game progression. They must be.

Also, if we're talking about silver gains, I'm pretty sure you can't beat the areas accessible to seasonals with any end game spot (be it even Hexe or Quint), if you factor in the silver cost of gearing up. There's very little thought given to anything, it would seem, except for how to make the game more attractive for new cust...adventurers. Which is a bit mean.

I gear up cause I can. It's fun to earn and fun to show off cause some of this stuff is hard to get, whether to grind to buy it or you gamble to get it. I gear up because when I'm given a challenge, I want to complete it. Plus, at some point, I want to find the wankers the ganked me while I was minding my own business gathering and gank them back. I keep a list. lol

That outfit looks ugly, and crypt and ashforest are the second and first most easiest ring pices, meanwhile the hardest piece drops from literately the third best money/h spot in the game.(btw that spot also drops the outfit.)

Also hardly anyone put costumes on random alts that he newer even logs in anyway, and the 5% merc ring is not even close to the VP so thats not an alternative here.
