Guild Point system for payouts being the most useless update

Let's be honest, no one asked for this. People asked for guild management, editable ranks, more guild missions, UI to see guild missions and servers. Not this.

1. You can request only 2 forms per day. So what if you do 5 guild missions, vell and 1 guild boss? Only 2  things can be requested.  So you doing more guild missions or more activity, will not be noticed. THUS leaders have to have an outside tracking file still.

2. Anyone can request anything. The game does not prevent fake requests. THUS you need to have an outside tracking, so you know who indeed did attend and who did not.

3. 99% of players won't care about even requesting it.

What is it for? It doesn't help at all because it's poorly made and simply not enough. You still have to do everything manually if you want to give out fair payout.

Oh and! You removed the option to auto-reset  the payout  levels when distributing. So now you have to change every single member one by one.

Make the requests unlimited. 

Make the game track who did guild Mission (The member gets activity points) , attended boss (the member deals dmg) so there has to be a way ti recognize who did contribute and who did not.

The update just feels as unfinished system, sorry \o/

Else this update was very disappointng and unnecessary.

I don't want to be reviewing and approving request forms in my videogames thank you very much, already have a job and they pay me actual real money to do those kinds of things and it's also not fun overthere.

People wanted the guild system to be improved but it feels like if you only have 2 guild missions you're allowed to participate in or rather get rewards for per day (at least form my undertanding), then what's even the point?

Here's what people wanted (at the very least):

1. A means to track or automatically track mission participants so officers didn't need to use excel or discord screenshots.

2. A means to automatically generate reward monies based on participation effort

3. Automatically give the player(s) a guild payout after each mission completion

4. More guild missions / variety / XL missions when in alliances / XXL and possibly XXXL missions

5. More ranks / guild settings for ranks

The new system doesn't tackle any of these things and for the things that it tries to, it seems to make it more complicated that it should and now introduce worst limits. I may be misunderstanding the new guild system but I feel like this was revamped in an overcomplicated way in a direction that we weren't expecting. Hopefully they'll take notice from feedback that players are giving so that they may refine their system.

Agreed as I said. The new system feels limited so using it, you would not have any fairness when giving payouts. 

Only good thing about it is, that you can completely ignore the new system. 

So i will just ignore the points and give out payouts according to my excel sheet as before. 

I just think that no one that tries to have fair payouts will use it. Because you're limited by 2 forms per day and you cannot check if the member indeed participated in the activity, unless you have a screenshot or any other tracking *outside* the game. 

Meh.

i have not been doing payouts for a while but used to for years every single week.
I took a look at the new system and apart from being fancy, i think most of people will still do the old way (manually).
As you say, what is needed in guild rework is ignored to the profit of changes that don't change anything.
Players wanted transparency and avoid leeches or Gm's filling their pockets or paying for sexy photos through payouts lol (yes, it happened!) and gm's/officers want automation. here, is more work as you still have to check. So let's skip all this useless process and keep old ways (but prove me wrong, maybe this new system is great. i just don't see how).

You both perfectly sum up what is needed. I can't believe, they don't know it. the question is: why don't they do it?
Maybe them saying that they have no idea or can't do it is more honest and will be just simply better than doing changes that are still bad. Who likes to work for nothing?
For me, the person doing the payout should know How much a player contributes to the guild, what is needed is have transparency for all the members to see who gets what and when (keep history). Having to stream while filling payout was our only solution. Allowing people to see the process.
The idea of knowing the dmg dealt during WB is nice too, allows to see who leeches and who really helps the kill. i saw people bringing main but still afk :D

GUILD

- Rework guild storage to avoid people stealing or throwing away things. Example: 2 tabs (should work like family inventory), 1 common, 1 safe where no one can take anything out except leader and advisor.

- Change the guild missions and delete the limitation of 10/day. Allow whatever guild to do whatever size. And stop with random stuff. Marlin chat became the guild quest chanel... Just allow all missions in whatever size people feel comfortable with. People should be able to select the type of quest, then the size. Everything does not have to be rng. people want certain types of quests, allow them to enjoy what they want to do, not wait and look for one.

- Make small guilds worth instead of trying always to go XL without any interactions between players. Bdo is a solo game :'(

- Allow guild leader to warhero, avoids the need of a ghost account.

- Rewamp guild officers roles or allow roles to be assigned to members/officers: example choose who can start guild missions. Allows to make people more involved while making life of officers easier and avoiding guild griefers (who join to destroy the guild)

- Show summary of active guild quests: server were it is, completion (ex: nb of monsters left to kill), time left.

- Decrease war timer to 5minutes (or even 3) and increase price to start a war and keep it up.
- Remove all limitations: 3 connected players for guild missions, 10 to collect salary, 30 for payout. Allow small family sized guilds to enjoy the game like the others.

There is tens of threads focused on guilds, guild systems and what should be changed. None of those got any official response. 

Guilds are basically main reason why people play together - cuz most of party spots just suck in money and aren't worth the bother - yet we all get ignored about changes we want for years.

The whole change is garbage - nothing else! As a guild leader I do not want to track what my guild members do and reward them by working through stupid requests. I don't want to play an bureaucracy simulator!

In our guild it's super easy to get the full payout: be in Discord and do Nodewars. And for that I don't need no requests or a tracking. I know who was there and I know who attends Discord.

Please patch this guild points system ASAP out of the game!

Please just go back to the old system. It's was trash but it was better then what was just put in.

You can still use the old system. Except the function to mass reset all the payouts levels. That was removed  x)
