Please make it so you CANNOT have two or more of the same class on a team. it wont solve all the balance issues, but it would be a big improvement. 

Its obvious some classes are climbing rank more easily than others. Three enemies with the same class is toxic. They either lose because their class is just terrible, or they win by playing an overtuned meta class. With Maegu release AoS will become a bigger clownfest. Three enemies - 6 targets with the clones... perma SA and range. Then theres other classes with multiple long duration grabs... I like the thought of a good fight as an underdog but this is a bit ridiculous.

its delusional to think that any parameter is going to work with that low pool of player doing AoS.

Except if you are welling to accept that you may not have a single match for multiple day...

how many are doing aos?

does aos connect na eu sea etc? if not it should!

i agree, some classes have their set role in the team and having 2 of them can affect the game very negatively, such as cc machines (succ nova) and buffers (staffs, shai)

not saying having double shai is an instant loss but i would rather avoid it

and i know many people would rather have a longer queue time than get double musa, maegu, zerker, etc.
