I'm a PvEer. And I don't want PvE servers. Why? because we have them and they offer a horrible experience. Griefing is the only way to play the game there, if you actually have a reason to stick to a spot (say, a quest or a treasure item). The thing I cheer for the most is the day when early grad becomes available.

While it's true that most non-season servers aren't as packed, the concept of PvE-only servers shows its flaws pretty well on the Season channels. If we flirt with the idea that, at some point, PA might hit jackpot with a good content drop that will bring a lot more players to the game (btw, PA, f**king up the graphics and delivering half-finished zones and broken classes are not the ingredients for a good content drop), then what you have on season channels will become the norm everywhere. 

Also, the griefing is caused, I'd say, by a absurd imbalance of the loot pools, not just by monsters density. Why are 550 gs zones more rewarding than 650 ones? So that griefing and, subsequently the attempts to karmabomb can happen? Ugh! I think we're working too hard on solving the wrong problems, on multiple threads.

1) I'm curious why PvPers even care if PvEers have their own servers (most ideas on this include strict server switching). 
2) If you are hardcore PvPers you should want to face other PvPers.  Not those who have no interest in it.  

You are an excellent demonstration to Pearl Abyss and the community of why it's a bad idea to try to force everyone into a hostile PVP environement.  Pearl Abyss already KNOWS they can't trust their payer base with basic functionality like trading.  To think their payer base could self monitor themselves and respect each other in a PVP conflict enouraging environement is just absurd.

. BDO is not made for PvE only servers. Look what happens on season PvE servers. Griefing non stop. Yes Griefing is not PvP, but mostly PvE. Many players will just kill your mobs becasue they know you cant do nothing.

You WANT to paint a picture that normal servers are just intollerable because of constant Karma Bombing.  Had you actually read my Amazing Karma Bomb post you might have realize it explains all the reasons that IS NOT THE CASE ;)

Well, the idea that many players may jump on BDO if there were a pure pve setting have been suggested several times by players on these forums. 

But the question is : how many players would they lose in the process?

Things are more complicated than a simple "new setting = more players". 

Well, still, they designed BDO like this, proposed it to players, and it found its audience.

Do we really need better example to show that, in the myriad of MMORPGS we can see, BDO found a place, even with a "hostile pvp environnement"?

I mean, FOR SURE, one day BDO will be outdated and die. Will it erase the many years when players were having fun with it? No.
