Paraphrasing here, they said that if the topic gains enough traction, they'll eyeball it too. We're sitting on 1.2k interactions on the "LoD and textures" problem. Not only is it not on th AFB, but no CM/GM/SomeM ever dropped by there once to mimick that "we aknowledge the problem and have put a PO on CM for a solution". Hell, it's a 2 years old issue and that, according to PA, remains unknown to them, based on their "Known Issues" notice. 

Broken visuals, broken classes, broken outfits. If it's new, it's bound to be broken and... fixed soon™. The problem is, that if it's new and broken, chances are it's also going to break something old, that was functioning properly. 

Even more on topic, PA does not add new content. They add some of the new content they said they'll add. Mountain of Eternal Winter is bare bones. Magnus is bare bones. I'mma bet my hat on it that Haso will be another bare bones content drop with the added frustration of buldozing Port Ratt in the process.

PS: I would also like to point out that sometimes an issue can turn into a feature that both sides, developers and players, would be happy about. What happens here is not one of those times...

Guys, dear PA, stop looking at any request and suggestion through the prism of "How can we monetize this?". Delivering bad, buggy, unfinished content will not receive, neither cheers, nor financial support from your players/customers. And there will come a time when, no matter how much skin a new outfit reveals, no one will buy, because both of it low quality and the piss-poor quality of the world the player's character would walk around in.

Eternal Winter flopped, due to... reasons. Magnus is a one-off piece of content that R-spammers don't like ('cause they can't R-spam) and other players don't like cus it's single-serving. Your "twin classes" are actually nothing. Not twins. You could've released them as succession/awakening, but then you couldn't have monetized 2 x the outfits... How's Haso going to be? The size of Valencia, but with a monster density of Margoria's barter route? Will the trees be plasticky, like in the Mountain of Eternal Winter? Will it be another region that people will abandon for Centaurs the very second they got their FG material?

PA promised to tone down the rate they release outfits at, to insure better quality... That didn't go too well after Salanar...

Hehe ^^ I'd highly recommend that every now and then. There will always be more negativity than positivity on the forums of any game, the people who are happy with their experience and busily playing away have no reason to come here after all. Taking a break is always good for the mind.
 

Every time I start to lose hope I try to remind myself of the good things about the experience that still keep me coming back: an open world like no other MMO I've played, real weather effects and seamless biome transitions, endless progression and completionist goals, an entire knowledge system and town infrastructure, incredibly deep, exciting combat, *no matter how unbalanced it is.* There's so much that BDO has that no other MMO has ever scratched for me, and if I had to guess, that's probably what keeps us all here for the long haul. I'd say that's reason enough for hope :)

It's not that, though. It's just the bottomless pit of PA's grasp of the basics of 3D geometry.
