There is a huge Issue on getting garmoths heart. Way too many preorders in central market, the questline takes forever because 400 nouver scales is incredibly much. And from all the hearts that get dropped even during the x2 chance event, the preorders in Market dont go down at all. 

And yeah every Player needs at least 2, most people 3 hearts.

There really has to be done something about it. Like turn down the nouver scales needed for the questline to 200. Or make the questline repeatable. Or just replace the nouver scales with another item that doesnt take half a year to get. Just do something about it, PA! 

You don't need 3, and even 2 is low prio since the crystal rework.

Just kill Garmoth. It only took me 494 kills to get the heart.

As a person who also needs 1 more heart (i can do quest but since i dont need a fiery off hand i cope for quest update) I think that in longterm ppl will have enough garmoths and they will sit.

I have no evidence but i firmly believe there are more weekly garmoths drops than new players.

Technically you are right, since the number of required garmoth hearts are limited, while the supply is unlimited at a point it will sit.

On the other hand that will going to take (lot of) years.
