Thank you for the instanced content, please add more.
One of the reasons this game is not very friendly to new players is that it requires a lot of grinding to acquire materials and gear. Those griding spots being in the open world cause players to have to compete for resources (Conflict). Continuous or Unfair Conflict causes casual players to leave.
Solution:
-Add more instanced griding zones with greater timeframes
-Add a clear path to Instanced dungeons and raids for new players to work as a team (Teamwork). Casual players join games for teamwork (Final Fantasy XIV Online)
Thank you for reading my Ideas.

No. BDO is an open-world game and should stay that way. If you want instanced content go and play games which excel at it. Stop trying to morph BDO into something which it is not.
Nobody goes to WOW and asks to make it an action combat .. do they?
No, thank you.
No. This is not a single player game.
Add more pve team content? Yes, please.
Add more instanced pve content? Err... No?
BDO isn't GW2, where you get your gear in the first week. Gearing up -for the purpose of both pvp and, presumably, highly rewarding pve content - is what drives, imo, the game. The fact that pvp seems to be shafted and end-game pve gives f**k all as motivation to be there is a problem, if anything. So, dunno, add party zones for end game, with good reward, like - at least - high quality fashion or pets as drops?

What you said was "this game is not very friendly to new players", and how you don't want to deal with so many conlicts with other players. The general response here has been very unfriendly and absolutely doesn't value your game experience or your concerns.
It's a toxic community that doesn't even have a clue what's best for them. They will turn away customer after customer and eventually leave the game in a dead maintanaince state before they would make changes to improve the player activity and retention.
The good news is they are just a VERY small amount of posters here that do not represent the massive gaming community. However, your best bet is to go find another game. Good luck.

You're extreme full of cowpies. If there's one field PA really focused on, then it's "New and returning players experience". Season servers and Olvia servers are designed for them above all others, means to obtain guaranteed pen boss gear are again designed for new/returning players to have an easier time catching up. Impressive rewards for these two categories.
New and returning players don't have to deal with any conflict for as long as the seasons last (and that's basically 90% of the years). You can make a big amount of silver there, you can run dungeons, dig in your nose, whatever activity you fancy. Aside from the regular pve overcrowding, common in any open world mmo, I think. They may want to have the entire game world for themselves and only... summon henchmen to assist them when they need them, but an ow game is not suited for that.
So, yeah... Nah. Just like you like to send everyone to Arsha who doesn't support your idea and efforts of karmabombing, please allow me to tell you to go play any instanced game, online or not, to feed your cravings for solitude. Cheers!

I will also add something to Harth's comment:
New players also get a lot of freebies for easier progression, compared to what it was 3-4 years ago. It's ez to catch up these days.
Thanks for confirming you're not playing this game at all, Retteo. ;)
