How do i get this? I don't have the quest in Dongbaek, but i have already 48 orbs.

There are two items you get for this quest. The orb you have 48 of and another that you trade in for the fox itself. Look in your black spirit inventory for the other item. Take that item to Dongbaek and exchange it for a fox then use the 48 orbs you have to enhance it to the level required for your chosen reward. Rinse and repeat.
