Issue: I think PA forgot to adjust the mob and boss health for the 3rd dungeon in seasonal mode, they seem to have the same amount of hp as normal mode. Also the first boss didn't allow enough time for us to burst the mobs to weaken the boss, did PA mess up this timer? We basically called it quits here, wasn't worth our time at this point (we clear elvia on d1/d2 and have cleared normal d3).

Solution: Reduce mob and boss health for the seasonal version of dungeon 3 so tri tuvala can complete it as advertised. (we tried with full pen tuvala and full pve crystals church buffs by the way.)
